Project Background: Educating senior leadership on current state process complexities was required to gain leadership buy-in preceding a new project to redesign a process and implement a new software
Goals: Create visual assets to concisely convey complexity associated with processes

Project Name: Guidance for Recruiting and Credentialing Processes
Project Background: Operational process followed by multiple job functions / roles presents complexity and much room for error when reviewing recruiting-related materials. Due to the amount of variation experienced in the process, there was a need to create guidance to help the functional specialists identify key data in documents.
Goals: Create consolidated one-pager for use by multiple job functions / roles to reference on the job
